Refund policy

At Serenity Roast, we take pride in delivering quality coffee that brings you peace and enjoyment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will happily replace it or offer a refund.

• Refund Process: Once your return is received, we will notify you and process your refund. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

• Non-Refundable Items: Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened coffee bags and any custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue.
